Milestone is a variety band composed of some of the finest musicians in the state. The band is well known for their impressive musicianship and versatility. Whether they are playing the best of Latin Rock, Classic Rock, Rhythm and Blues, Funk, Beatles, Salsa, romantic Bolero, Pop, Jazz or Country, their sound is always authentic to the style, their dancing beats impossible to resist, and their vocals and harmonies hard to beat. Colorado audiences are always amazed to hear this level of musicianship in a "local" band! The standard band line up is a 5 piece band composed of drums, bass/vocal, guitar/vocal, piano/vocal and vocalist/percussionist. They also perform as larger ensembles that include Latin percussion and a horn section. Milestone can perform as a duo or a variety of line ups up to an 11 piece band depending on your budget. The band is equally comfortable performing concerts, corporate events, private parties and weddings and they are sure to make your event unforgettable!

ROBERT JOHNSON & THE MARK DIAMOND TRIO was initially created for a residency at the jazz club Nocturne, in Denver, CO. The performances were so successful, enjoyed by both the audience and band members alike, that the band decided to continue performing together. Scott Martin on piano, Dru Heller on drums, and Mark Diamond on bass, form the foundation for the amazing vocals of Robert Johnson, who was a member of Stevie Wonder's band for five years. Robert's voice soars, croons, scats, melts you into your seat, and at times makes you get up and dance! ROBERT JOHNSON & THE MARK DIAMOND TRIO play wonderfully arranged jazz standards as well as a variety of other genres from Brazilian Bossa Novas to some down home Blues. Don't be surprised when you hear The Stylistics and Stevie Wonder, too!

Los Bohemios is an acoustic ensemble composed of some of the best musicians in Colorado. They play Cuban Son, Salsa, and Boleros (ballads in Spanish with Afro-Cuban rhythms). They also cover other Latin styles such as Bossa Nova, Latin Rock, Latin Jazz and even Mexican Mariachi repertoire. Los Bohemios features Ricardo Peña on vocals and guitar or requinto, Amy Biondo on vocals and hand percussion, Ed Edwards on guitar and vocals, Mark Diamond on upright bass, and Jose Espino on congas and bongos. They offer great 3-part harmony, Spanish guitars, acoustic bass and Latin percussion to create danceable salsa rhythms in the style of Buena Vista Social Club or Gloria Estefan, and romantic ballads in the style of Los Panchos(a worldwide music phenomenon of the 40’s and 50’s). Their impeccable musicianship and diverse repertoire move audiences in concerts, clubs, weddings and private events alike. The band can perform with 3, 4, or 5 people, and also as a larger group, with up to 11 musicians, including full horn and percussion sections. The DEF TRIO specializes in classic and contemporary rock, blues, and funk. The group has a big sound for a three piece band that features two and three part harmonies and plays music that has been loved by people for generations! It's a get up and dance band, with hundreds of songs in their repertoire. The name of this band is not based on the fact that these three guys have been playing rock music for decades, although there may be some truth in that, but it is an acronym for their last names, Mark Diamond, Ed Edwards, and Jay Forrest. They love the music they play, and so will you!

Mark Diamond (bass/vocals) and Ed Edwards (guitar/vocals) have been a team for over a decade and in the music business for over 40 years. They play together in numerous bands including Milestone, Los Bohemios, The Jake Edwards Band and The DEF Trio, but sometimes a smaller act is required. The Diamond Edwards Duo works well within a smaller space or on a tighter budget while still producing a full sound. Along with the acoustic guitar, upright bass, and harmony vocals, live looping is incorporated into their music, so although there are only two musicians performing, the result is the sound of a four piece band. The duo has more than 400 songs in their repertoire and continues to add new music all the time. If you want live music at your party, wedding, corporate event or house concert, but want to keep it on the smaller side, this is the act for you!

Jake Edwards musical style features acoustic rock instrumentation, folk influences, a subtle use of vocal harmony, and rhythmic syncopation. Jake's live performances are exemplified by his use of melodic guitar riffs and percussive looping. Jake has been performing nationally as a solo artist as well as with his father, renowned guitarist and singer Ed Edwards. In a recent album review by Rooster Magazine, his new EP "Six Feet Under" was described as blending pop, alternative, gritty southern rock and R&B to create an original listening experience for his audience. Combining his wonderful original tunes with classic and contemporary rock, every performance features a wide range of great music and a memorable time!

Bluegrass music is a form of American roots music, and a related genre of country music. Influenced by the music of Appalachia, Bluegrass has mixed roots in Irish, Scottish, Welsh, and English traditional music, and also later influenced by the music of African-Americans through incorporation of jazz elements. Bluesgrass Blitz consists of Eric Wiggs, Natalie Koob, Chris Elliott, Nick Amodeo and Mark Diamond, all well known players in the acoustic music scene.
